Spelling City

Spelling city is a cool site that helps kids learn thier spelling words. My daughter Morgan is in 2nd grade and her teacher uses it each week to make learning fun.

Some teachers upload the weekly list into the site or you do have an option to put the words in yourself. It's also good for younger kids just learning to recognize words as you can create your own list at home!

Once you have your practice list, you have the option to play numerous games. The games are kid oriented so some are rather simple, but fun! My daughters use this website everyday! Check it out (link in the sidebar) your kids will have no problems getting homework done this way!
